Compass Point Kids
Compass Point Kids is specifically designed for children from six weeks old through fifth grade. Every Sunday our leaders work hard to make Compass Pint Kids a fun, exciting and interactive experience for children to learn about the Bible in an age-appropriate setting. We believe that children deserve our best so caring volunteers will make sure every kid feels welcomed and is connecting to other students. Our goal is to make Compass Point Kids the best sixty minutes of your child’s day!

Security
Leaving your children with a stranger can be tough, that is why we have made every effort to create a safe and comfortable environment for kids at Compass Point. Our best leaders and security personnel are helping with the children’s ministry so you can focus on having a great experience in the Sunday service. Our volunteers’ background checks have been cleared and they have been trained in risk management and safety procedures. When you register your child at the Kids Check In desk, you will receive a wristband with your name and a number on it. Please do not loose the wristband as it will be the only way to pick up your child. Should we need your assistance, we will place your number on the video screen in the worship area so you can leave service.

Wellness Policy
For the protection of all of our children, parents are required to adhere to the following guidelines when determining if they should bring their children to Compass Point Kids:

  • No fever over 99.6 degrees currently or for the last 24 hours.
  • No vomiting or diarrhea currently or for the last 24 hours.
  • No runny nose from onset through one week.
  • No continual or persistent cough.
  • No unexplained or contagious rashes.
  • No skin infections (impetigo, boils, ringworm, etc.).
  • No eye infections.
  • No childhood disease such as chicken pox, measles, rubella, scarlet fever, pertussis, etc.  Children must have shown no symptoms of these diseases for at least one week.

If a child currently has the above symptoms, we will not be able to accept them into Compass Point Kids.  If a child develops any of the symptoms while in our care, the parent will be asked to come and pick up him or her.

Please Note - Compass Point Church leadership, volunteers or staff will not administer medication of any kind while your child is in our care.
